The Brazil international is set to twist the knife into Barcelona’s hearts by leaving Paris St-Germain for the Bernabeu, but not until 2019 when Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to leave the Spanish capital. At that point, the Portuguese will be 35 and heading to Miami in the MSL.
Having played in Lionel Messi’s shadow at the Camp Nou, the mercurial winger isn’t prepared to play second fiddle to Ronaldo at Madrid.
